To be eligible for return, items must be in the same condition as originally described on the product page, have the original Rebag tags attached, and ship from a US address. Bexleyco does not accept returns in stores, regardless if it was an online or in-store purchase, as all returns have to be shipped to our warehouse for inspection and processing.
Return Restrictions
- Bexleyco monitors all customer return activity. For customers whose return rates are greater than 30% in a 12 month period, return fees will be doubled and additional restrictions, including the right to purchase, will be implemented.
- Bexleyco cannot accept international returns. If an international package is returned to Rebag, please note you will be responsible for all incurred fees.
- Bexleyco return policy does not apply to Final Sale items. Final Sale items cannot be returned.
- Bexleyco is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage of your returns while they are in transit until the moment they are received and inspected by Rebag (and we confirm the item(s) are accounted for and in original condition).
